Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (additional cost shown at checkout)

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within the United States.
• International shipping will be available in the future.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays

Please note: Note & Ritual is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@noteandritual.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
