We want you to love your purchase from Note & Ritual. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

Perfumes

• Due to hygiene and safety standards, all opened perfume sales are final.
• Unopened perfumes in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Jewelry

• Jewelry items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened perfumes
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@noteandritual.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
